What's expected Proactively search and source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and research. Screen CVs, contact candidates, and manage the interview process. Administer and maintain the CV database for efficient talent tracking. Organize interviews and assist in candidate selection. Utilize best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and stay updated on industry trends. Oversee the collection of necessary hiring documents. Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies Work closely with the HR Director to support various HR functions, including employee relations, staff housing & accommodation, training & development, performance evaluations, HR policies & procedures Ensure adherence to hotel policies and legal regulations. Assist in special HR projects and events to enhance employee experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
