Athens Medica, a Centre of Excellence for Diabetes, Obesity, and Metabolic Health with international ambition, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the people function across the employee lifecycle and contribute to organisational development, training, and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, performance processes, and offboarding. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines. Maintain and update organisational structures, roles, and basic people KPIs. Support the planning and delivery of structured training programs across clinical, administrative, and digital teams. Contribute to internal communication initiatives and support employer branding activities. Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters. Ensure compliance with labour legislation and internal HR standards. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus). 3–5 years of experience in an HR role (HR Generalist or similar). Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech is an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Excellent command of English and Greek. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism. A high-impact role in a fast-growing healthcare organisation.
