IMCO is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team! This role will serve as the lead HR professional in the areas of benefits administration, compliance, and leave management. POSITION OVERVIEW

• Lead the administration of employee benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws
• Manage employee leaves in accordance with company policies and regulations
• Serve as a resource for HR-related questions and concerns during regular business hours
• Support employee relations and maintain a positive workplace culture
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support HR initiatives and company-wide goals
