The Wow Be the first point of contact for all HR queries from our Operations teams—delivering clear, accurate and timely advice. Ensure everything we do is fully compliant with Maltese employment law and company policies. Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, from probation and performance to contract changes and offboarding. Play a hands-on role in employee relations, helping resolve conflicts and performance concerns—escalating when needed. Build strong, positive relationships with managers of all levels—guiding new leaders through HR processes and enabling experienced managers to deliver consistently.
