BOSS Engineering is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who loves recruitment! As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people and culture. From recruitment to onboarding, employee relations to compliance, this is your chance to make a real impact across the full employee lifecycle.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business
Partner with leaders on workforce needs
Support onboarding, compliance & HR projects

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ yrs HR/Recruitment experience
• Great people skills & proactive attitude

• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns
