Human Resources Generalist – Salt Lake City Plant ---------------------------------------- BE PART OF SOMETHING NEW AT BRIDOR! Bridor, a leading French-based, world-leading industrial baking manufacturer, is expanding, and our brand-new Salt Lake City plant is ready to rise! This Human Resources Generalist position will report directly to the Plant HR Manager and support all aspects of HR for this facility. You will play a key role in maintaining a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce while contributing to a positive workplace culture. If you enjoy variety, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take pride in supporting employees at every level, this is the role for you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO As a key member of the HR team, you’ll support a wide range of HR functions: Key Responsibilities: * Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for plant-based hourly roles and select salaried positions * Assist in employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and coaching * Coordinate training and development programs and maintain accurate training records * Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies * Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and personnel files while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies * Partner with schools, community organizations, and workforce agencies to attract qualified candidates * Assist in preparing HR metrics and reports related to recruitment, turnover, and employee trends * Provide administrative support for HR audits, compliance initiatives, and employee communications * Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism * Participate in special projects and other HR-related duties as assigned ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING Interpersonal Skills * Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills * A collaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Technical Skills * Working knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus * Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms preferred Education & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred * PHR certification is a plus * Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or an administrative office environment * Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred; food manufacturing experience ideal * Prior experience handling confidential employee information required Other Requirements * Must be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) * Occasional travel for job fairs or company events * Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform standard office functions as needed ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN BRIDOR?
