Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist who will take ownership of different stages of the employee lifecycle and be the primary point of contact for our employees, effectively managing the HR administrative processes and ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will provide support to our employees in Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Athens and Barcelona and therefore build your experience in regional employment law, compliance, and payroll.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Administration: provide employees with essential employment documents, including contracts, amendments, employment verifications, etc.
  • Visa support: support our future and current employees in their visa process..
  • Employee Relations: Address employee conduct, performance, and grievances in line with legal standards.
  • Benefits & Payroll Support: You will execute the payroll process internally with support from the payroll owner and collaborate with our external payroll provider.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws, conducting research and planning for regulatory updates in partnership with Legal and Payroll.
  • Drive HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Support the HR department in the improvement of current processes, as well as actively support in ongoing projects such as creation of new policies across the locations.
