Let’s start with the role We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist with 2–3 years of solid experience in Compensation &Benefits to support the full HR lifecycle and contribute to the smooth, effective operation of our HR function. This role blends day-to-day HR generalist responsibilities with focused ownership of compensation, benefits administration, and related compliance activities. You will play a key role across talent acquisition, onboarding, learning, HR operations, performance processes, and employee experience—serving as a reliable point of contact for employees and ensuring our HR programs deliver meaningful value to the organization. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain compensation and benefits programs (salary reviews, benchmarking, payroll inputs, benefits enrollments). Support annual C&B cycles including merit increases, bonuses, and benefits renewals. Partner with finance and external providers to ensure accurate payroll and benefits data. Monitor market trends and contribute to job evaluation and salary structure updates. Roll out end-to-end recruitment activities: job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers. Support employer branding events, initiatives and candidate experience improvements. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation. Organize internal training, development initiatives, and HR-related workshops. Provide guidance to employees on HR-related topics such as leave, compensation, policies, and procedures. Maintain employee records (electronic and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Promote HR programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and efficient work environment. Coordinate or support annual performance review processes. Gather, analyze, and report HR metrics &data insights (e.g. turnover, time-to-hire, etc). Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organize team-building activities, recognition initiatives, and well-being programs. Requirements &Qualifications 2–3 years of experience specifically in Compensation &Benefits administration. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar multi-functional HR role. Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and best practices. Good knowledge of employment and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS &ATS systems (e.g., , Workable etc.) is an advantage. Aptitude for problem-solving, organization, and data accuracy. Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach. BSc/BA or MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
