Description Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience Location: Englewood, CO In-Office, Full-Time, Monday - Friday Benefits Summary: Medical, dental, vision, and 401K Health Savings Account (HSA) Matching 401k Paid Time Off (PTO) Position Summary On behalf of CNS Cares (“CNS” or “Company”), The Human Resources Generalist serves as a key liaison between HR Coordinators and HR Business Partners, providing operational HR support and relieving administrative workload from HR leadership. This role owns day-to-day HR processes, prepares employee relations case packets, supports compliance activities, and acts as a knowledgeable first-line resource for supervisors and employees while escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners or the HR Director as appropriate. Essential Functions Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include: • Audit and process new hire onboarding packets and enter data into HRIS with 100% accuracy. • Audit and correct employee files in HRIS and SharePoint; and coach/train HR Coordinators on errors. • Process employee status changes and termination packets, including state-specific documentation. • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with other representatives of the Company’s HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies. • Compile HR metrics and reports to support leadership decision-making. • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Prepare complete employee relations case packets for HRBP or Director review. • Represent CNS Cares in unemployment hearings assigned. • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. • Supports Performance Management process in training managers, auditing review forms and processes, and completing metrics for each cycle. • Manages systems related to personnel records and has the responsibility of maintaining those records as required by federal and/or state law or regulation, as well as by Company policy. • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met. • Supports and manages the ongoing development and improvement of the Human Resources Information/Management System. • Provides training and support to HR team. • Assist the Director and Vice President of HR in complex projects, as requested. • Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities Requirements Education/Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Public Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least three (3) years of human resources experience. Preferred: PHR Certification preferred. HR Generalist experience preferred Human Resources experience within home healthcare / healthcare industry experience preferred Five (5) or more years of human resources experience preferred.
