Description
Analyze HR data, and deliver insights to enhance culture and efficiency. 1. Own governance frameworks for HR processes, including onboarding, development, communications, benefits, employee programs, and I&D. 2. Execute onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-productivity, support and follow up new employees onboarding, including first day trainings and onboarding Coordinate employee development and training initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and employees development plans. Coordinate training communications and materials, manage attendance and evaluations, and assess training effectiveness Coordinate the implementation of the in-house programs, according to business needs (upskilling programs) and support special training requirements, such as masters, certifications, specialized trainings, etc Responsible for update communications for employees, such as: All hand meetings, newsletters, boards, screens, etc. #LI-AR7 Education level required: Bachelor Degree in Administration, Psychology or similar careers Years and area of experience required: Minimum 1 years of experience in similar positions Technical knowledge: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Advaced Computer software: Excel, Word, Windows Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards. Preferable: Experience with employee engagement programs, benefits and training
