ABOUT US:

We are a growing multi-state operator of skilled nursing and senior living facilities, committed to compliance, accountability, and exceptional care. We’re seeking an organized and proactive HR Generalist to support our HR operations with a focus on compliance auditing, employee feedback, and hotline case management.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The HR Generalist will serve as a key compliance and engagement partner across multiple facilities. This position is responsible for auditing education and HR files, managing compliance hotline cases, conducting employee surveys, and supporting general HR operations. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a compliance- or audit-related role.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance standards, employee education requirements, and recordkeeping practices.
  • Experience handling sensitive matters, including confidential reports and whistleblower-type concerns.
  • Comfortable communicating with employees at all levels, including follow-ups on concerns and feedback collection.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (e.g., Alliance Payroll, or similar).
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of training records to ensure education and compliance standards are met.
  • Manage the compliance hotline, including logging concerns, conducting follow-up calls, documenting findings, and escalating issues to management or HR leadership.
  • Administer quarterly employee surveys, compile results, and prepare reports for facility and regional leaders.
  • Track and follow up on compliance trends, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Serve as a backup for leave administration, assisting with FMLA, ADA, and other leave types as needed.
  • Provide general support to the HR department with policy updates, file organization, reporting, and special projects.
