JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a tech-driven Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate is a bilingual HR professional who brings strong recruitment expertise, a passion for leveraging technology to streamline HR operations, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment. This role combines hands-on human resources functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, with an emphasis on digital tools and data-driven decision-making to optimize the employee experience. Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across departments. Source, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a strong fit with company culture and values. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable) across multiple job boards to attract top talent. Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities. Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws. Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and policy updates. Assist with audits and reporting related to HR metrics and compliance requirements. Leverage HR tech tools to improve efficiency in performance management, learning, and data reporting. Provide insights through HR analytics—tracking recruitment metrics, turnover, engagement, and workforce trends. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR workflows. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on recruiting responsibilities. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems; proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, UKG, Workable). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Passion for technology and data-driven HR processes.
