  • Coordinate recruitment, interviews, selection, and offer processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documents.
  • Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation.
  • Coordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical, labour approval, and other employment-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee movements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, deductions, allowances, and final settlements.
  • Handle employee queries and support employee relations matters.
  • Assist with performance appraisals, probation reviews, confirmations, and renewals.
  • Coordinate employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support employee clearance, resignation, cancellation, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure HR documentation is completed and maintained properly.
  • Coordinate with PRO and relevant government authorities when required.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, staff lists, and management updates.
  • Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist the HR Manager with HR projects and other administrative activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
