Responsibilities

As an HR Generalist, you’ll support both talent acquisition and general HR operations by:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a wide range of positions.
  • Drafting and maintaining job postings and administering and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
  • Coordinating and participating in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach for talent.
  • Leading new hire onboarding to ensure a positive start for employees.
  • Serving as a key point of contact for employees, providing responsive and supportive HR guidance.
  • Supporting employee relations by assisting with workplace issues and fostering a respectful, positive work environment.
  • Administering and supporting core HR functions to help employees with their questions and needs.
  • Responding to HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and supervisors, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Managing HR documentation such as personnel files, policy acknowledgments, and compliance records.
  • Helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
