Description

The HR Generalist will oversee the company’s human resources needs. This position will collaborate closely with key members of the office and the production floor to ensure we remain compliant with expectations while also meeting the needs of our employees. This includes but is not limited to: maintaining employee files both physically and digitally; overseeing employee recruiting, hiring, discipline, and termination; assisting with organizational compliance; and working towards general employee safety and well-being. In addition, this individual will be called upon to also help manage some basic office needs. Prior experience in a defined HR role is required, and experience within a manufacturing company is highly valuable. We are particularly interested in candidates who exhibit strong character and aptitude with a willingness to undergo on-the-job training and development.
