Our clients is a leading financial services provider that specialises in Equities, ETF, and Options Trading.
They are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to be the primary HR point of contact for our Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong offices. Based in Singapore, this role requires a thorough understanding of HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and APAC-specific tax and employment regulations.
You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing global HR team, working closely with regional managers to support our fast-paced, excellence-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processes, including year-end tax filings, across Singapore, Sydney, and Hong Kong.
  • Administer multinational benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage Workday for employee records, reporting, and HR processes.
  • Partner with recruitment and office management teams to facilitate onboarding, visa processes, and employee relocations.
  • Ensure adherence to APAC employment laws and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with global HR and regional stakeholders to align on policies and initiatives.

The Candidate

  • 10+ years of HR experience in the APAC region.
  • Proven expertise in managing payroll and year-end tax filings for APAC markets.
  • Experience administering multinational benefits plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of APAC employment laws and employer/employee tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in Workday and ActivPayroll (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging all levels of management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate bi-weekly global HR team meetings.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not required.
  • Must be a current resident of Singapore.
