Job Description Maintaining the LTIC HR Data Taking care of Headcount control list, reports to Finance and HRBP's (in Excel) Calculating yearly wage increase and bonus payouts to Company Standards Compensation & Benefits (C&B) related HR topics, interface to HR Shared Service Center monthly Payroll topics Reporting Company car changes to related interfaces (such as Payroll) Responsible for HRIT system (SAP Success Factor) Supporting activities during the implementation of new HR C& B standards, processes and initiatives, as well as general cooperation in HR projects Interface for Company Pension for employees and suppliers Maintaining the LTIC organizational charts Owner of the C&B Policy, incl. updates Qualifications Successfully completed commercial training with qualification as a HR specialist or a degree with a focus on HR (Personal Management) Very Good English and German language skill Good computer skills incl. Word.
