Tasks & Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage a company-wide Learning & Development program Serve as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organization goals Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes Ensure compliance and reporting with federal, state, and local employment laws Partner with managers to identify training needs and support employee development initiatives Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Prepare and analyze HR reports and people metrics for leadership Support compensation reviews Address employee relations matters and support resolution processes Support immigration/mobility program, recruitment and onboarding initiatives, as needed Contribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and continuous improvement initiatives Other duties may be assigned based on business needs Requirements: Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a learning & development or generalist role Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR best practices, immigration/mobility program, and organizational development Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP experience preferred Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, adaptable, innovative and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel Working Conditions and Travel: You may work from your home office and/or a well-lit, heated and air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. Minimal overnight travel by land and air.
