Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Istanbul, responsible for supporting the efficient execution of HR processes and contributing to the implementation of global HR initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Prepare and issue general correspondences as requested such as replying to speculative employment enquiries; Assist with the administration of employee benefits; Assist in the maintenance and development of HR Policies and Procedures ensuring they are fit for purpose; Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and assist with the implementation of Global HR initiatives within the Human Resources; Maintain employee files both electronically and paper files to enable easy retrieval of information; Maintain accurate records on the HR Information System ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality to provide up to date staff data and management information for reports, spreadsheets etc.; Support the administration of annual pay review, bonuses, employee survey and HR statistics; Embrace the principles of anti-discriminatory practice throughout all areas of work; To be an ambassador for the company at all times internally and externally; Comply with Fatal Risk Standards, Health & Safety Policy and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures. The above outlined responsibilities are not exhaustive and you may be required to carry out other tasks that are appropriate to your role in addition to these. Your Profile: Bachelor degree in management, social sciences or relevant fields. Very good command of English, Previous experience in HR systems and very good command of Ms Office applications and digital tools where needed. 5 years and above is preferred.
