Description
Responsible for managing the employee life cycle, including handling personnel files, correspondence, and employment contracts, as well as overseeing on-/offboarding processes. It also includes organizing and conducting training sessions, managing qualification matrices, and leading HR projects and audits. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the HR Shared Service Center, maintaining HR data systems, and participating in profit planning and reporting. "- Lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Act as a strategic sparring partner for managers and stakeholders, providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent strategies. - Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and stakeholders, communicating HR strategies, project updates, AEM etc.. - Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement in areas such as employee engagement, retention, and performance. - Build strong relationships with internal partners, contributing to the development and implementation of HR roadmaps and business plans. - Manage personnel files, correspondence, official notifications, and filing. Handle job descriptions, business cards, company organizational charts, and employment contracts. Prepare letters for position changes and other employee-related letters. - Conduct on-/offboarding, including preparing training plans, employment certificates, personnel information, and welcome guides. Organize training sessions and handle agreements and settlements for variable salaries. - Administer HR data management systems (HRMS) HRDA and Safe-Pro. Provide support and data maintenance, and assist managers, employees, and HR colleagues. - Create and post advertisements, internal job postings, and e-requisitions. Pre-select applicants, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to applicants. - Prepare for and support HR at job fairs and events in Vienna (TU, FH Technikum etc.) - Collaborate with the HR Shared Service Center (HRS) on documents and processes. Review and correct documents, providing feedback and explanations to HRS. Participate in various audits and employee surveys, including survey action planning. - Participate in profit planning, including headcount and budget calculations for variable salaries and training budgets. Prepare documents and lists for finance/payroll and resolve questions and discrepancies. - Handle reporting, including dashboards, HR KPIs, and Cartus. Update and issue the telephone directory, and maintain the HR and templates SharePoint site for Austria, as well as the HR info boards.
