Key Responsibilities: Administer end-to-end monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees and ledgers Administer the data collection required for the payroll especially in hourly employees’ work hours and validate and record. Declare the social insurances & taxes and Manage the overall year-end tax settlement process. Coordinate benefits administration Prepare the regular HR Communication Materials Plan and prepare HR Events including Trainings Qualifications 1~3 years of hands-on payroll and HR administration experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven quality of attention to details Solid working knowledge of payroll reporting requirements. Experience with any HRIS or payroll engine preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis. Conversational English for email communications Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to shift-based payroll complexities.
