People & Culture Generalist (Entry-Level / Early Career HR) – Hybrid (Trevose, PA) Hybrid | Trevose, PA | Full-time New grads welcome | 0–3 years HR experience Launch your HR career in a hands-on role where you’ll learn core HR operations (FMLA/leave, ADA, workers’ comp, HRIS support) and grow into Employee Relations over time. We’re looking for someone tech-savvy/AI-aware, organized, and eager to build real HR skills—not an E/R expert yet. Responsibilities HR Operations (primary) Manage workers’ comp intake, tracking, and vendor coordination Oversee FMLA/leave tracking and coordination Oversee ADA accommodations documentation and follow-up Maintain accurate records and basic HR reporting/spreadsheets Support onboarding, and HR documentation Tech + AI Use HR systems and spreadsheets confidently; learn new tools quickly Improve templates/trackers/FAQs to make HR work more efficient Use AI tools responsibly for drafting/summarizing/organizing Employee Relations (growth area) Assist with employee/manager questions, intake notes, and documentation Support investigations/resolutions (gather info, summarize, track actions) Learn best practices for confidentiality and respectful workplace standards Qualifications HS Diploma required and Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources (or related field) preferred 1–3 years HR experience (internships/co-ops count) Experience working in a case management/ticketing “Customer Service Hub” preferred.
