Responsibilities
  • You support and guide all HR processes – from hiring to employee development and offboarding.
  • You implement HR measures in compliance with labor law and tariff regulations.
  • You independently record, maintain, review, and correct master and variable data in Workday and LOGA to ensure high data quality.
  • You assist with recurring HR processes, such as bonus processes and employee reviews.
  • You manage digital personnel files and ensure all relevant data is up-to-date, accurate, and validated for day-to-day operations.
  • You support the HR Manager by providing and validating data and coordinating appointments
