Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
  • Design and update job descriptions to meet the requirements for various roles within the company.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, like LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.).
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates to close gaps in the recruitment process.
  • Contact person for the various concerns of our employees.
  • Supporting with organizational development projects.
  • Supporting with learning programs, data analysis and reporting.
