This role partners closely with our field and corporate teams to keep HR operations running with clarity, consistency, and calm. You’ll support the full team member lifecycle while ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and purpose of our mission. This position will be on-site with the possibility of some remote days. How You Will Make a Difference In this role, you will bring steadiness, accuracy, and heart to our daily HR operations by: Supporting team members and field leaders with questions, guidance, and day-to-day HR needs • Maintaining accurate team member files and ensuring correct data in HR systems • Processing team member changes and terminations, conducting data audits, and assisting with BI reporting when requested • Addressing team member concerns and helping facilitate healthy communication between team members and leaders • Promoting proactive, positive team member relations and serving as a balanced advocate for both team members and the organization • Performing HR file and data audits to ensure compliance with company policies • Protecting the confidentiality of sensitive team member and patient information • Participating in new hire orientation, management orientation, and other training initiatives • Stepping into additional duties as needed to support the team Skills for Success Clear, confident communication • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Careful attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to balance multiple priorities with grace Total Rewards We believe in creating a workplace where people can build a positive future and discover the best and last job of their career.
