OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires a strong understanding of human capital management, talent acquisition, and employee relations, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, talent management practices, and performance management systems.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Taleo.
  • Proficient in data collection methods for HR metrics analysis; experience with Kronos or Dayforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with conflict management strategies and employee relations best practices is essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems is advantageous; familiarity with UltiPro or Paylocity preferred. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA regulations, and other employment and labor laws.
  • Facilitate performance management processes including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist in strategic planning efforts related to workforce management and organization design.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data entry and manage employee records confidentially.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement affirmative action planning and succession planning strategies to support diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
  • Utilize various HR technologies such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, Oracle HCM, Salesforce, iCIMS, and others for efficient HR operations.
