A Human Resources (HR) Generalist in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization plays a crucial role in enabling leaders and teams to stay focused on what is important while ensuring people and processes are supported. The ideal candidate will be well versed in various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, training and recruitment assistance. The HR Generalist will contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws across all locations. Requirements Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs. Ensure compliance with benefit policies and regulations. Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary. Implement and monitor employee disciplinary processes. Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement. Performance Management: Manage the performance review process. Provide guidance and support for performance improvement plans. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs. Support employee development initiatives. Policy Development and Compliance: Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. HR Information Systems (HRIS): Maintain and update employee records using HRIS. Generate HR reports and analytics. Employee Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and employees. Assist with internal communication related to HR policies and initiatives. Legal Compliance: Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations. Ensure the organization's compliance with legal requirements. Recruitment and Staffing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Work with recruiter to source, interview, and select candidates. Oversee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. This position is hybrid, requiring work at both home and the Denver Corporate office.
