Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to connect employees with the HR resources they need—training, benefits, HRIS tools, and engagement programs—while also managing our HR Helpdesk as the first point of contact for questions. This is a hands-on role focused on making HR programs easy to access, understand, and use.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive awareness and adoption of HR resources through training sessions, communication campaigns, and one-on-one support.
  • Provide HRIS guidance to help employees and managers complete self-service actions.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs.
  • Educate employees on benefits and support open enrollment activities.
  • Partner with managers to promote learning and development opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the HR Helpdesk, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.
  • Track resource adoption, and engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
