Description Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the organization. Administer employee evaluations, and performance management initiatives. Maintain compliance with employment & labor law standards such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation regulations. Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment. Requirements Proven experience in human resources in manufacturing facility. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Experience with Paylocity preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation policies. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and external partners. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Experience with recruiting tools. Travel Up to 25% travel required
