HR GENERALIST

Location: Rock Hill, SC (In-Office, Full-Time)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR, including experience as a recruiter

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team in Rock Hill, SC. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting our recruitment efforts. RECRUITMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet staffing needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 1 year as a recruiter
• SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
