HR Generalist Are you passionate about creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations? We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between employees and management, ensuring compliance, engagement, and operational excellence across all HR functions. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Supporting the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Handling documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and employment certificates with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensuring compliance with Kuwait Labour Law, IHG policies, and Responsible Labour Recruitment standards. Assisting in performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling processes. Coordinating staff welfare activities, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives. Managing HR systems and records to maintain up-to-date employee data. Partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs and support recruitment processes. Preparing HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Supporting audits, inspections, and government-related documentation as needed. What we need from you: Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in a hospitality or service industry environment. Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (Opera, Oasys, or similar). Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
