POSITION OVERVIEW:
HR Generalist (HRG) to join our team primarily serving our teams in Illinois (Champaign, Fisher and Schaumburg, IL). The HRG should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, employee compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, and training.
H3 HRGs act as the primary point of contact for their location, as well as growing their exposure and expertise by leading one or more HR pillars across the company (i.e. talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, recognition).
H3 provides an opportunity to serve and learn for an experienced HR Generalist who excels at organization, listening, and advising.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years of experience in HR (manufacturing setting, preferred)
· Mastery of general human resources policies and procedures, specific to Illinois
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or equivalent experience/education
Desired Qualifications:
· Business fluency in Spanish a plus
· Prior experience with Paycor a plus
· Expertise in an HR pillar (i.e. talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, recognition).
Work location:
· Travel:
o Within Illinois (serving Champaign & Fisher, IL) monthly – all travel costs reimbursed / paid
· Work environment:
o Office, but will need to “go out to shopfloor” regularly and have ability to navigate industrial equipment
o Ability to lift less than 20 pounds
SKILLS:
· Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Pay: Starting at $60k (because it’s Chicagoland)

· Facilitate talent acquisition and onboarding
· Provide data & metrics to evaluate HR service performance
· Maintain and update employee information, and Paycor HRIS information/system
· Lead one or more HR pillars across the company (i.e. talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, recognition), and act as local POC for all HR roll-outs, communications and documentation
· Advise and consult employees and leaders on HR situations, investigations, employee relations, etc.
· Build and maintain relationships with site leaders and employees with MBWA
· Other responsibilities as assigned
