Your Core Responsibilities: Oversee the employee onboarding process including assisting in post recruitment efforts, new hire employee orientation, schedule and paperwork Coordinate logistics around expat hires Manage and maintain all employee files, digital library and records HR data management (data entry in Workday) Assist in Benefits administration Organize HR events Provide a high level of service to employees for all general HR issues Coordinate Immigration cases and records including maintain documentation and case progression Ad-hoc (local and global) projects as assigned. Your Skills and Experience: Bachelor in a relevant field (Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration) Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably within an international, tech driven, preferably in a scale-up environment Comfortable working with high standards in a dynamic and flat organization Hands on mentality, able to prioritize, plan and use time effectively Critical, with an eye for detail, though pragmatic Great stakeholder management skills and team player Autonomous with a driven, tenacious and outcome focused mentality Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Adaptability in adjusting to rapidly changing environment and course of action.
