Position Summary: The HR Generalist will act as a key partner in managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations at Interwood Mobel. This role supports various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation to ensure a productive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. Coordinate and maintain employee records and HR databases. Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Assist in performance management processes including performance reviews and feedback cycles. Address employee inquiries and support resolution of routine employee relations issues. Collaborate with leadership and HR Business Partners to support organizational goals. . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing, retail, or related industries. Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
