HR Generalist We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our Grenoble (France) office, with experience in Social Media, Talent acquisition and Training Development to join our European team. This position will drive and improve the processes to satisfy our employee needs across all our European locations. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Human Resources Generalist will run daily functions of Human Resources department with focus on the following areas: General HR support Continuous partnership with our Global HR Team aligning with business needs, culture, and values. Lead and/or participate in special projects and assignments as needed Area of responsibilities includes (shared): Extraction of monthly variable elements for payroll Absence management for Employees and Contractors Ensure compliance with Labor laws and Collective Bargain Agreement (CBA) Maintain Job Descriptions aligned with CBA requirements Prepare for EU Pay Transparency directives Support performance appraisal process Maintain & develop our employee handbook Maintain the staff register records « Registre du Personnel » Manage appointments with occupational medicine Evolve and support our teleworking rule Training & Development Lead and Identify development and capability needs across the business Identify and manage local training programs where global offering cannot be leveraged & manage regional founding request Manage training records Talent acquisition Drive the recruiting process including posting positions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews. Develop sourcing strategies for immediate needs as well as long term branding to facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Use applicant tracking systems through the selection phase through to on-boarding. Create unique and engaging content for regular publishing on social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, …) Ensure a positive onboarding experience for all new employes. Support event and team building activitie Manage benefits renewal & evolution EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Three years of human resource management experience is preferred. Experience with hiring and recruiting Experience with Learning & development planning Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
