About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist & IT Recruiter to oversee both human resources operations and technical recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role — managing end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital positions while also handling core HR processes such as employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. What you'll do 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical and non-technical job requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit. Coordinate technical assessments, interview schedules, and feedback loops. Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards. Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Support employer branding and outreach initiatives. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases. Handle attendance, leave management, and benefits coordination. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Assist in payroll coordination and documentation. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Plan and execute engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and team events. Foster a culture of inclusion, recognition, and continuous feedback. 4. Performance Management & Development Support periodic performance review cycles and maintain evaluation records. Coordinate training, development, and upskilling programs. Assist in identifying high-potential talent and succession planning. 5. Policy, Culture & Process Improvement Contribute to the development and refinement of HR policies and SOPs. Recommend improvements to enhance HR efficiency and employee satisfaction. Align all HR practices with Flynaut’s core values: Integrity, Ownership, Teamwork, and Professionalism. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of combined experience as an HR Generalist and IT Recruiter, preferably in a digital agency or technology environment. Strong understanding of technical job roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, DevOps, UI/UX, etc.). Proficient in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms. Solid knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions and HR functions simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring for remote and international roles. Certification in HR or Technical Recruiting (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
