Description Position Summary Klass is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role also supports employer branding, organizational change processes, and employee recognition and engagement initiatives across the company. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment (ATS management, interviews, offers, employer branding, referral program). Deliver onboarding programs and support employee transitions. Design and execute training plans aligned with AOP; manage vendors and track impact. Maintain accurate HRIS records, oversee I-9/E-Verify compliance, and manage employee status changes. Support promotions, salary changes, exit interviews, and organizational updates. Manage contracts and payments for external personnel. Success Metrics 100% Fill Rate & On-Time Hiring High Onboarding Satisfaction / Low 90-Day Turnover Training Budget vs. AOP Zero Expired I-9s Accurate HR Reporting Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field · HR Certification preferred (SHRM-CP, PHR) · 2+ years of HR experience (CPG/manufacturing preferred) · Experience with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations · Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, and HR compliance · Strong HRIS/ATS and Excel skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills · Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
