Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new and departing employees. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company standards. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management. Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
