Description:

Title: HR Generalist
Pay: $34-39/hr
Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Cranbury, NJ (Onsite full-time with option for 1 day remote work)
Job Summary: The HR Generalist will take charge of HR responsibilities within the organization while actively participating in HR tasks within a startup setting. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role encompasses payroll management, onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, policy implementation, and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle payroll for over 50 employees across the United States.
  • Offer HR guidance and support to the organization.
  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain the HR infrastructure to adequately support workforce needs.
  • Collaborate in the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Assist in managing health and welfare programs along with 401k programs.
  • Foster employee engagement and nurture a positive work culture.

Experience: Candidates should possess five to seven years of HR or related experience, with a strong background in payroll management. Recruitment experience is advantageous.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to uphold integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with HRIS, onboarding technologies, applicant tracking systems, and payroll systems.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $39.00 per hour
