HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST – TWINSBURG, OH

Pay Range: $24.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
A growing organization in Twinsburg is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of HR operations. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, training coordination, employee relations, and compliance reporting. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

3+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AN HR GENERALIST OR SIMILAR POSITION

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Seila)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
  • Experience with employee engagement and wellness programs
