Description

Our client, a logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is looking for an HR Generalist to join their team in Oxnard, CA. This role will support daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, leave of absence processing, compliance, and training initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of leave of absence processes (FMLA, PDL, etc.)
  • Familiar with recruitment, employee records management, and compliance
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and escalate issues when needed
  • Administer payroll support and employee benefits
  • Process all leave of absence requests from start to finish
  • Maintain and audit employee files
  • Support performance reviews and maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Coordinate and track training and development programs
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS) and prepare HR-related reports
