For our team in Stade, we are looking for a

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in business administration, human resources or comparable
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferable in a construction company
  • Strong communication skills and a positive charisma
  • Experience in using MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • Team spirit and a sense of responsibility

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all HR matters at the Stade site, cooperation with other sites in Germany
  • Advising and supporting managers on personnel-related and labour law issues
  • Advising the Spanish parent company on adapting company guidelines to German law
  • Ensuring the correct implementation of expatriate assignments from Spain to Germany
  • Supporting new employees from EU countries and third countries as they start their careers in Germany
  • Recruiting (collaborating with department heads on open positions to determine the required skills and competencies, creating and publishing target group-oriented job advertisements, applicant management, accompanying or conducting job interviews, collaborating with personnel consultants and temporary employment agencies)
  • Maintaining personnel statistics (e.g. new hires and departures, salary overview, holiday overview)
  • Handling various personnel matters from entry to departure
  • Preparing payroll accounting
  • Collaborating with temporary employment agencies
