Job Description
As a HR Generalist, you are building the foundations of your HR experience in regional employment law, compliance, and payroll. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will support HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders to drive organizational performance and employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing various stages of the employee lifecycle and assisting with payroll, as well as other HR-related initiatives. This role is a great opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Lifecycle: You will take ownership of different stages of the employee lifecycle and be the primary point of contact for our employees.
  • Onboarding: You will be responsible for maintaining our global onboarding program
  • HR Administration: You will provide employees with essential employment documents, including contracts, amendments, employment verifications, etc.
  • Employee Relations: You will support performance evaluations and initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
