• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE, and related government regulations.
• Handle complete visa processing (A–Z), renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID procedures.
• Coordinate with PRO, Tasheel, GDRFA, and other government portals for employee services.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in line with UAE law.
• Manage payroll, leave, and end-of-service benefits in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRMS data, and employee files.
• Provide guidance to management and staff on labor law updates and HR policies.
