Description The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, benefits administration, and employment law compliance. Key Responsibilities: Administer various Human Resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Works with the onsite recruiter to aide in recruitment efforts as needed. Handle onboarding and orientation of new employees. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Support performance management and employee development initiatives. Assist with employee relations issues and investigations. Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of HR experience preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
