WSP Italia is seeking a Milan or Turin based HR professional to join our CE Region as HR Generalist in providing the region with an amazing employee experience!
The ideal candidate has solid experience as HR generalist coordination to ensure smooth processing and handling of each step of the employee’s lifecycle.
You will be reporting to the HR Director Southern Region and act as the first contact point for the country offices to provide operational HR service, working in the business context and within budget.

REQUIREMENTS WE REQUIRE:

With at least 4-5 years of proven experience in Human Resources disciplines and employment law, to bring a detailed and process-driven personality with a strong background in HR Operations. It would beneficial to have worked in multi-cultural, international, generalist HR roles within fast-moving, changing environments.
The candidate must be highly proficient in English and possess the ability to communicate and influence effectively with leaders and employees at all levels. Additionally, also they can work both independently and as part of a team to deliver results.

Responsibilities:

Our HR team is dedicated to improving internal service quality and client satisfaction by streamlining all HR policies, procedures, and managing HR operations and vendors. We lead the Learning & Development process for internal business units, offering day-to-day HR advice and handling employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Additionally, we assist in covering the full lifecycle of HR management, from recruiting, onboarding, training, contract management, staff communications, compliance management, and employee relations to termination. We also participate in global-level HR projects as required and support visa and expatriate management, as well as payroll administration.
Furthermore, we partner with business leaders to drive the people and organisation agenda, ensuring our work, initiatives, programs, and projects align with business drivers and strategy. Our team is also responsible for various ad hoc HR tasks, providing comprehensive support across all HR functions. By maintaining a strong focus on these areas, we aim to foster a positive and efficient work environment for all employees.
