To support our expanding global operations, we are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team and play a central role in driving the development, execution, and continuous improvement of HR processes across the organization. Your Impact As an HR Generalist, you’ll act as a trusted partner to employees and managers alike, enabling a seamless and engaging employee experience throughout the entire HR lifecycle. From policy implementation to talent development, recruitment, and operational HR support, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our people programs align with our culture, values, and business goals. On a given day, an HR Generalist will: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, and manage our ATS. Support the development and rollout of HR policies and act as an advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and processes. Facilitate onboarding processes by creating welcome content and coordinating onboarding steps with departmental stakeholders or intergroup stakeholders. Organize and participate in Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen our employer reputation. Contribute to the implementation, design and facilitation of learning & development programs including upskilling and reskilling initiatives within the organization. Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and data analysis always with a mindset of continuous improvement. Assist and facilitate the performance review cycles, performance check ins and calibration meetings. Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and local legal standards. Manage key HR lifecycle operations, including onboarding and offboarding workflows, document preparation (e.g., contracts, offer letters), and system setup. Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating employee data updates, managing leave tracking, and ensuring accurate communication with local operations. What Sets You Up for Success To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role. Familiarity with Japanese labor law and local compliance practices. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally for technical or IT roles. Comfort with HRIS, ATS tools, and productivity software (MS Office Suite, Google Workspace). Solid understanding of core HR programs such as compensation, performance management, and L&D. Ability to analyze HR data and extract insights to drive action. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A proactive, ownership-driven approach, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement. A Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
