Summary: The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources activities, including recruiting, employee experience, HR operations, and compliance. This role partners with employees and managers to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to key initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and process improvements. It offers broad exposure across HR functions and serves as a foundation for growth within the field. Essential Functions: Recruitment & Hiring * Help coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and support the hiring process end-to-end * Learn how to identify talent and partner with hiring managers Employee Experience * Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation * Be a go-to resource for employee questions on benefits, policies, and processes HR Operations * Maintain HR data, reports, and organizational information * Support monthly reporting and tracking of key HR metrics Projects & Continuous Improvement * Work on projects like improving HR processes, updating policies, or exploring new tools * Research and bring ideas on how we can make HR more efficient and employee-friendly Performance & Rewards Support * Help coordinate performance review cycles and bonus processes General HR Exposure * Get involved in real employee situations, learning how HR supports both people and the business Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a related area. * Minimum of three years’ experience. * Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office. Salary Range - $70,000 - $80,000
