JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a HR Generalist. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the IT sector. You will manage a broad range of HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of all HR processes and supporting a growing, dynamic team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Prior experience in the IT sector is highly preferred, technology industry experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Responsibilities

· Handle the full spectrum of HR generalist activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, reports, PRO duties and HR operations.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
· Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
· Maintain HR systems, employee records, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
· Handle employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
· Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
.Handle PRO duties for new employees including work permit and visa process.
.Prepare and submit monthly payroll for all employees.
