Description:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any other related courses
- At least 3-5 solid years of experience different facets of HR. Background in recruitment or talent acquisition and general affairs is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of different HR strategies and best practices
- Proficient in using HR-related software
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with different levels in the organization
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
